Maryland-Style

Crab Cakes

1.  Make crumbs from saltine crackers

2.  Mix eggs, mayo, mustard, herbs, worcestershire, old bay, lemon, salt, and pepper.

3.  Stir in lump crab and cracker crumbs.

4.  Form crab cakes (I like to use 1/2 cup measure)

5.  After chilling for 1 hour, brush with melted butter.

6.  Bake at 450°F for 13-15 minutes.
