Strawberry Mojito Recipe
These sweet strawberry mojitos are a summery twist on a classic mojito cocktail, and are perfect for all your warm-weather gatherings!

- 8-12 fresh mint leaves
- 8 fresh strawberries hulled and diced
- 4 lime slices
- 1/4 cup honey
- 5 oz white rum
- 2 cups club soda
- ice
- additional strawberries, mint, and lime slices for garnish
Muddle
To each of the 4 cocktail glasses, add 2 - 3 mint leaves, 1/4th of the diced strawberries, one lime slice, and about 1 Tbsp of honey. Use a muddler (or wooden spoon handle, etc) to gently smash the mint and strawberries together about 5 times per glass.
Make the mojitos
Fill glasses with ice, then add 1.25 oz of white rum to each glass.
Evenly divide the club soda among the 4 glasses.
Garnish with strawberries, lime slices, and more fresh mint if desired.
- This recipes makes 4 cocktails.
- Please feel free to adjust the amount of rum if you prefer a stronger drink.
Large batch instructions:
- You can make a large batch with any multiple of the recipe, you just need to multiply all the ingredient amounts by the same number, and you'll want to make sure you have a large enough pitcher to hold everything.
- To a large pitcher, add the strawberries, lime slices, mint leaves, and honey. Muddle.
- Pour in the rum and club soda. Stir together, then cover and chill for several hours, or up to 1-2 days.
- When ready to serve, stir really well, then pour the contents of the pitcher over ice into glasses. Top off glasses with an extra splash of club soda, add garnishes and serve!
