Apple Bourbon Pulled Pork Sandwiches

Soft pretzel buns filled with tender, juicy apple bourbon pulled pork and topped with a refreshing apple fennel slaw. The King of pulled pork sandwiches!

Ingredients

  • 2-3 lbs boneless pork loin or shoulder
  • 1 package Campbell's Apple Bourbon Pulled Pork slow cooker sauce
  • pinch brown sugar optional
  • splash of apple cider vinegar optional

Instructions

  • Pat meat dry with a paper towel and place in bottom of slow cooker.
  • Pour sauce over the meat.
  • Cover and cook on LOW for 7-8 hours (or 4-5 hours on HIGH
  • Using two forks, shred pork and mix together with remaining sauce.
  • If desired, stir in the brown sugar and vinegar.
