Ingredients
1pintfresh strawberriestops sliced off and diced
1/3medium red onionfinely minced
1fresh jalapenoseeded and finely diced
3/4cupfresh pineapplediced
handful cilantrominced
Juice of 1 lime
pinch of salt and pepper
Instructions
Add all ingredients to a mixing bowl. toss together.
Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate until ready to serve.
Notes
** For the best appearance, make this within 1 hour of wanting to serve it. It will still taste good if you make it farther ahead, but it will get a bit mushy and lose the fresh appearance.
