Creamy no bake white chocolate lemon cheesecake tarts, topped with your favorite fresh fruit, mint, and a dusting of powdered sugar. Impressive and easy!

- 8 oz cream cheese softened
- 1 cup white chocolate chips or chopped white chocolate melted and slightly cooled
- 3 Tbsp sour cream
- 5 Tbsp cool whip thawed
- 2 tsp ½ lemon zest
- Pre-made tartlet shells
- Fresh berries for garnish
- Fresh mint for garnish
- Powdered sugar for dusting
- In a large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese until light and fluffy. 
- Add melted white chocolate and sour cream and beat until combined. 
- Gently fold in cool whip and lemon zest. 
- Spoon into tartlet shells and top with fresh berries, lemon zest, mint, and dust with powdered sugar.
